Pilates Mat Classes

We cap our Mat classes at just 15 students, creating an intimate, focused environment where you receive the personalized cues and adjustments necessary to master your form. Our expert instructors guide you through intentional, flowing sequences, ensuring that even in a group setting, your practice remains safe, effective, and deeply connected to your unique goals.

A traditional Pilates mat class following the original sequence of exercises designed by Joseph Pilates. Focused on core strength, flexibility, alignment, and body awareness.

Suitable for all with modifications provided to individual ability

Foam Roller Pilates

Wednesdays 4pm

Test your balance, engage deep muscles, and release tension through the body. Enhances flexibility and fascial health by combining strength and mobility exercises with a soft roller.

Wednesdays 10am

A supportive class for new mothers to safely rebuild strength, stability, and flexibility while engaging with their baby. Exercises focus on core recovery, posture, and overall body conditioning, with modifications to accommodate postpartum needs. Reconnect with your body and your little one. Suitable for potatoes only; no walkers, please.
