Getting Started

Beginning your movement journey at Movement Elevated is simple.

Whether you’re brand new or returning to your practice, we’ll help you feel confident every step of the way.

Steps that may be helpful:

  1. Purchase Our New Client Offer

    Start with our Intro Package: 3 group classes + 1 private session. This balanced introduction gives you a feel for our studio, classes, and personalized approach.

  2. Create Your Account & Book Classes

    Sign up through Mindbody, our online booking system to reserve your spot in group classes or schedule your private session. Our small class sizes fill quickly, so early booking is recommended.

  3. Arrive a Few Minutes Early

    Arriving 10–15 minutes before your first class gives you time to check in, get oriented, and share any movement goals or considerations with your instructor.

  4. Comfortable, Form-Fitting Clothing

    This allows for ease of movement and helps instructors provide precise alignment cues. We provide mats, props, and all equipment you’ll need—all you need are grip socks.

  5. Bring an Open Mind

    Every body is unique. Our approach is intended to help you build strength, enhance mobility, and cultivate deeper body awareness—at your pace and in your own way.

  • Where are you located?

    Movement Elevated is located at 3156 Quarry Rd, Suite M, Park City, UT 84098, in the Lower Pinebrook neighborhood.

    To get here, take I-80 to Exit 141 (Jeremy Ranch) and head to Quarry Village—our studio faces the frontage road. Can’t miss us!

  • Is there parking? Even disabled?

    We offer plenty of parking and easy access for visitors of all abilities. There’s ramp access to our studios—and easy access to the WC.

    One handicapped spot is located in front; our flat lot ensures easy access when that spot is unavailable.

  • Do I need to book classes in advance?

    Yes — our small class sizes fill quickly. We recommend booking online in advance to secure your spot.

  • What should I bring to class?

    Comfortable, form-fitting clothing, a water bottle, and grip socks. We provide mats, equipment, and props.

    No socks? No problem! Grip socks are available for purchase in our reception area.

  • How early should I arrive?

    Arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, get oriented, and settle in before class begins.

  • Do I need to be flexible or fit to start?

    Not at all. Our instructors provide modifications and progressions to meet you where you are, especially in our Fundamental and Beginner classes.

    Besides, flexibility isn’t innate—it’s an outcome of practice.

  • Will someone help me with the equipment?

    Absolutely. Our instructors will guide you through setup, transitions, and technique every step of the way.

  • What’s the difference between Pilates and Yoga at your studio?

    Though both modalities are fascia-focused, Pilates focuses on core strength, alignment, and controlled movement, while yoga integrates mindful flow, breath, and meditation. Many students enjoy both for a balanced practice.

  • How do I schedule or cancel a class?

    Through Mindbody, our online booking system. Please cancel within 12 hours to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.

  • Do you offer private or semi-private sessions?

    Yes! We offer one-on-one, duet, and small group sessions for a more personalized experience.

  • Do you have an Intro Offer?

    Yes — our New Client Special includes 3 group classes and 1 private session, designed to give you a complete studio experience.

  • What are your pricing options?

    We offer single sessions, class packs, and memberships. For more information, visit our pricing page for details.

  • Can I pause or freeze my membership?

    You can! Our contracts offer the option to freeze your membership three months each year. To freeze, let a team member know and we’ll take care of it for you.

  • Do you offer classes for injuries, prenatal, or special conditions?

    Yes — we offer specialized programs and can tailor private sessions to your needs. Please let us know about any conditions before class.

  • Are your instructors certified?

    Yes — all of our instructors are highly trained and certified in Pilates, yoga, and fascia-focused movement modalities.
