Our Elevated Vision
Movement Elevated began with a simple belief: movement can transform the way we feel in our bodies and in our lives.
Our founders, Kristy Smith and Rachel Lando, discovered the power of intentional movement through Pilates and Yoga. These practices weren’t just physical—they became a way to slow down, rebuild resilience from within, and reconnect with core power.
But something was missing in traditional fitness spaces. The loud music, rushed routines, and one-size-fits-all mentality didn’t leave room for nuance, rest, or individuality. So, Movement Elevated was born—a boutique studio rooted in breath, alignment, and awareness.
We created Movement Elevated as an invitation to take some “ME Time”; to move powerfully and intentionally, to build strength with purpose, and to come home to your body in a space that truly sees you.
Today, Movement Elevated is more than a studio—it’s a community built on presence, connection, and empowerment. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or deepening your practice, this space was built for you.
