Build on foundation with added flow, variety, and challenge. Beginner introduces more coordination, core strength and precision while reinforcing safe technique and control.

For those comfortable with fundamental exercises

Intermediate

Increase strength, stamina, and precision through dynamic sequences and quicker transitions. Intermediate offers more challenging flows, creative variations, and endurance.

For those coordinated in beginner sequences

Advanced

Challenging, fast-paced class that combines advanced exercises, complex sequences, and athletic progressions. Focus is on strength, power, and refined control.

Experienced students in intermediate Reformer practice only. Instructor approval required

Roll + Reform

Focused on relaxation, alignment, and mindful movement. Using, this supportive class pairs the Reformer with rolling to improve mobility, release tension, and strengthen the body in a calm, controlled pace.

Tower (I / II)

Combining spring resistance with mat exercises, this class focuses on deepened core stability, postural support and functional movement while providing a satisfying stretch.

For those who want to enhance, progress and refine Pilates skills

Teen Athletes

Designed to build core strength, stability, and flexibility for the slopes. Develop control, balance, and endurance while improving mobility and injury prevention specific to skiing.

For teen skiers only

Jumpboard (I / II)

Improve endurance while challenging coordination and control in a low-impact class on the Jumpboard to add cardio, power, and plyometric movement to Pilates training.
