The fundamentals of Reformer Pilates. Focused on proper alignment, core engagement, and foundational exercises, these classes build strength, stability, and body awareness.

Ideal for those new to Pilates or anyone returning to the basics

Beginner Plus

Classes Available Daily

Build on foundation with added flow, variety, and challenge. Beginner introduces more coordination, core strength and precision while reinforcing safe technique and control.

For those comfortable with fundamental exercises

Intermediate

Classes Available Daily

Increase strength, stamina, and precision through dynamic sequences and quicker transitions. Intermediate offers more challenging flows, creative variations, and endurance.

For those coordinated in beginner sequences, attendance of 10 beginner plus sessions required

Intermediate / Advanced

Classes Available Weekdays

Challenging class that combines advanced exercises, complex sequences, and athletic progressions with quick transitions. Focus is on building on strength, power, and refined control.

For those experienced in Intermediate Reformer practice. Instructor approval required prior to registration.

Jumpboard

Classes Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Improve endurance while challenging coordination and control in a low-impact class on the Jumpboard to add cardio, power, and plyometric movement to Pilates training.

For those comfortable with Beginner Reformer

Tower (Beg / Int)

Classes Available Monday - Saturday

Combining spring resistance with mat exercises, this class focuses on deepened core stability, postural support and functional movement while providing a satisfying stretch.

For those who want to enhance, progress and refine Pilates skills

Roll + Reform

Sundays 1pm + Fridays 12pm

Focused on relaxation, alignment, and mindful movement. Using, this supportive class pairs the Reformer with rolling to improve mobility, release tension, and strengthen the body in a calm, controlled pace.

For those seeking recovery, stress relief, or gentle practice

Special Conditions

Tuesdays + Thursdays 1:30pm

For those living chronic conditions include Multiple Sclerosis, Connective Tissue Diseases, and Parkinsons.

A traditional Pilates mat class following the original sequence of exercises designed by Joseph Pilates. Focused on core strength, flexibility, alignment, and body awareness.

A full-body, strength-focused class that combines Pilates principles with light weights and resistance to tone muscles, build endurance, and improve overall body strength.

For those looking for a dynamic, strength-oriented Pilates workout

Foam Roller Pilates

Wednesdays 4pm

Test your balance, engage deep muscles, and release tension through the body. Enhances flexibility and fascial health by combining strength and mobility exercises with a soft roller.

Ideal for all levels

Mommy + Baby

Wednesdays 10am

A supportive class for new mothers to safely rebuild strength, stability, and flexibility while engaging with their baby. Exercises focus on core recovery, posture, and overall body conditioning, with modifications to accommodate postpartum needs. Reconnect with your body and your little one.

Suitable for potatoes only; no walkers, please.

Yoga + Restorative Movement

Restorative Sound Bath

A meditative class using crystal bowls and healing vibrations to calm the mind, soothe the body, and move stress out. Bring your mat, get comfortable, and let the sounds guide you into deep relaxation.

Restorative Yoga

A calming, supportive practice using props to gently hold the body in restful postures. Focused on breath awareness and releasing tension to restore balance in body and mind.

Qigong

Lift your energy and your spirits with gentle exercises that relax, release and let go of stagnant energy. Qigong is a moving meditation to nourish and smooth out your flow. Transform stress into vitality to overcome stress, tension, pain and illness.

A gentle class that combines slow, controlled mat exercises with breathwork and Yoga Tune Up® rolling techniques to enhance mobility, improve proprioception, release tension, diminish pain, and enhance your night’s sleep.
