Equipment Studio Classes

Amplify your energy with Pilates apparatus and the guided precision of expert instruction. Using the Reformer, Chair or Tower, our dynamic sessions deliver a balanced, full-body workout that elevates and challenges every body.

Fundamentals

The fundamentals of Reformer Pilates. Focused on proper alignment, core engagement, and foundational exercises, these classes build strength, stability, and body awareness.

Ideal for those new to Pilates or anyone returning to the basics

Beginner

Build on foundation with added flow, variety, and challenge. Beginner introduces more coordination, core strength and precision while reinforcing safe technique and control.

For those comfortable with fundamental exercises

Intermediate

Increase strength, stamina, and precision through dynamic sequences and quicker transitions. Intermediate offers more challenging flows, creative variations, and endurance.

For those coordinated in beginner sequences

Advanced

Challenging, fast-paced class that combines advanced exercises, complex sequences, and athletic progressions. Focus is on strength, power, and refined control.

Experienced students in intermediate Reformer practice only. Instructor approval required

Jumpboard (I / II)

Improve endurance while challenging coordination and control in a low-impact class on the Jumpboard to add cardio, power, and plyometric movement to Pilates training.

For those comfortable with Beginner Reformer

Tower (I / II)

Combining spring resistance with mat exercises, this class focuses on deepened core stability, postural support and functional movement while providing a satisfying stretch.

For those who want to enhance, progress and refine Pilates skills

Roll + Reform

Focused on relaxation, alignment, and mindful movement. Using, this supportive class pairs the Reformer with rolling to improve mobility, release tension, and strengthen the body in a calm, controlled pace.

For those seeking recovery, stress relief, or gentle practice

Teen Athletes

Designed to build core strength, stability, and flexibility for the slopes. Develop control, balance, and endurance while improving mobility and injury prevention specific to skiing.

Mat Studio

Find your foundation and flow in our small group mat classes. Guided by expert instructors, each session blends mindful movement with dynamic strength and balance work. From Classical Mat to Meditation and Sound Bath, our mat classes build stability, restore energy, and elevate every body from the inside out.

Classical (I / II)

A traditional Pilates mat class following the original sequence of exercises designed by Joseph Pilates. Focused on core strength, flexibility, alignment, and body awareness.

Suitable for all with modifications provided to individual ability

Pilates Sculpt

A full-body, strength-focused class that combines Pilates principles with light weights and resistance to tone muscles, build endurance, and improve overall body strength.

For those looking for a dynamic, strength-oriented Pilates workout

Foam Roller Pilates

Test your balance, engage deep muscles, and release tension through the body. Enhances flexibility and fascial health by combining strength and mobility exercises with a soft roller.

Ideal for all levels

Vinyasa Yoga (I/II)

Build strength, flexibility, and balance through dynamic hatha yoga sequences that link breath with movement, and flow from one posture to the next with mindful awareness.

For students seeking an energizing and balanced practice, with modifications offered for different levels.

Qigong

Qigong transforms stress into vitality, helping busy people overcome stress, tension, pain and illness by tapping into their own continual source of healing energy. Lift your energy and your spirits with gentle exercises to relax, release and let go of old stagnant energy, and a moving meditation to nourish and smooth out the flow of vibrant, new energy.

Restorative Yoga

A calming, supportive practice using props to gently hold the body in restful postures. Focused on breath awareness and releasing tension to restore balance in body and mind.

For all levels, especially beneficial for stress relief and recovery

Foundation Training

Build strength, balance, and body awareness from the ground up. Foundation Training focuses on posture, core stability, and mindful movement to improve alignment, relieve tension, and enhance functional strength. Through guided breathwork and precise exercises, you’ll learn to move with greater ease, power, and confidence in everyday life.

Suitable for all fitness levels.

Mommy + Baby

A supportive class for new mothers to safely rebuild strength, stability, and flexibility while engaging with their baby. Exercises focus on core recovery, posture, and overall body conditioning, with modifications to accommodate postpartum needs. Reconnect with your body and your little one.

Suitable for potatoes only; no walkers, please.

Roll + Restore (75m)

A gentle class that combines slow, controlled mat exercises with rolling techniques to release tension, improve spinal mobility and decrease pain and stress throughout the body.

Best for those able to ambulate independently

Restorative Sound Bath

A meditative class using crystal bowls and healing vibrations to calm the mind, soothe the body, and move stress out. Bring your mat, get comfortable, and let the sounds guide you into deep relaxation.
